1. 7 Days Free Returns [ All conditions]
You may request a return if:

You received a wrong item.
The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
3. Exchange Policy
Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice intact.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
If a replacement for the same product is not available, you may choose a refund or another product of the same value.
4. Return Process

Submit Proof Share clear images or videos of the issue to help us process your request quickly.
Pickup & Inspection Once approved, we’ll arrange for reverse pickup. Our team will inspect the returned item upon receipt.
Refund or Exchange Based on inspection, we’ll initiate a refund, replacement, or store credit as per your preference.
