1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. For remote areas or regions with limited courier access, delivery times may vary.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order number and tracking details.

3. Delivery Time frame

• Free Shipping: 2-4 business days depending on the location.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Courier Partner

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. You can track the status of your shipment on our website or through the courier partner’s portal.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

• If the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Your Support 

• Provide photos/videos of the package and items received.

• We will initiate a resolution as per our return/refund policy.
